Best Western Plus Franklin Square Inn Troy/Albany offers a welcoming atmosphere and excellent service, making it a popular choice for travelers in Troy. the hotel is conveniently located in the historic downtown area with easy access to local attractions. the complimentary full breakfast and coffee shop/cafe were a nice touch, adding to the overall convenience of the hotel. the free WiFi and 24-hour fitness center were also appreciated amenities. Despite the early check-out due to unforeseen circumstances, the staff was understanding and accommodating. I enjoyed the ease of access on the 3rd floor and the modern amenities provided. the location near the antique shopping district and the arts center of the Capital Region made exploring the area effortless. Overall, Best Western Plus Franklin Square Inn Troy/Albany offers comfort, convenience, and a pleasant stay for both business travelers and tourists alike.
